ITN’s Principals and key personnel are experienced water industry practitioners with a minimum of 30 years experience.
Of equal value to our clients is our experience ‘on the other side of the fence’. John Davis and Greg Cashin have both held senior roles with major contractors prior to entering into consulting. This contracting experience is invaluable and is one of the key reasons we can offer practical contracting and commercial advice to out clients – the ability to provide this advice has been instrumental to our success as transaction managers and sets us apart from our competitors.
A brief overview of our key staff is included below.
John Davis has over 35 years experience in the infrastructure delivery and contract services sector, with particular experience in infrastructure delivery, field services and facilities operation and maintenance contracts in water and waste management businesses. For the last ten years he has specialised in managing infrastructure and service delivery transactions using innovative and non traditional methods, and in contract risk management. He has been an invited speaker on alternative delivery mechanisms at a number of conferences, and led ‘master classes’ on this topic; and has developed specialist decision support tools to assist contract principals in this area.
